ABOUT THE CHEF
After a major transformation on his fitness and overall lifestyle that lost him 41kgs, French-Filipino Erwan Heussaff is quickly becoming a venerable food, health and lifestyle authority across the globe. Inspired by his international upbringing, he travelled and worked around the world from Paris to Hanoi through Siberia, bringing back his findings to the Philippines as a restaurateur, writer and content creator.
He is the founder and writer of fitness and food blog called The Fat Kid Inside, where he shares healthy and fresh homecook recipes as well as inspiring wellness stories. He also creates videos on his travel experience and his personal tips on fitness and living a healthy life on his own Youtube channel.
He currently owns 8 food and beverage establishments and is also the face of Singapore Tourism Board’s Philippine campaign.
